Went along to this last night with a few others from the club and have to say it’s a great circuits session.
Good warm-up, good mix of exercises to give a full workout. Plenty of exercises to strengthen the muscles and bodyparts we need to run well and without injury, (wish I’d started it a couple of years ago). Great stretching/warm down session at the end to prepare for the next session without stiffness.
The good thing about circuits is that you can work as hard as your fitness allows, hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be working a little harder!
Tracy was always on hand for help and encouragement.
