This Saturday – 13-02-10
There’ll be no led sessions in Cliffe Castle this Saturday . People can still go down, of course, and use the X-C course markers for training as they did last week.
For those not doing the Yorkshire X-C, John Dennis be down at 9.30am next Saturday (20th)

John, Do you want to write a few words to explain what these session are about for those that haven’t heard? I’m sure some of the ‘beginners’ group (many aren’t really beginners) would be interested.

2 miles – loop of bottom field, up the hill and diagonally up towards the wooded area passing below the playground. Through the wood behind the running track, sharp left up and back through the wood, up the walled path. Then left and down the path towards the peacock/bird pen, turning right onto the grass and following the grass terrace along the front of the house turning left then left to complete a loop down to the bottom field for a loop of the field to finish.
