Despite leaving injured that was a great day out. We seemed to be the best represented. Nobody was making more noise or having as much fun. Or drank as much beer. And everybody ran hard and well.

Another brilliant day out.Thanks to Will and Liam,Tizz and Janet for rallying round and getting all the teams together.It wouldnt have happened without them.
If we target the right races,events etc. we can repeat this and even make it better.

Thanks for the encouragement on the day, thanks to Will and Liam for there encouragement as well.. thought the ladies teams did really well.. just a shame that some of the quicker blokes pulled out again!!

Just for interest, for when people aren’t injured and those that aren’t just want to run, I put together a Mens team (non runners Sunday) with an expected/capable time 4:06.00, good enough almost for top 10 finish! a bit of luck and enthusiasm, we should see a good result next year!
