    Nice little run around and up Harrock Hill its in the FRA fixture list but is more of a trail race than a fell race. I managed to scrapped into the top 20 so not bad.

    I was following him and catching him at the end but he ran away like a fell pony!!!!!! I’ll be well in front in august when i do it again, aiming for sub 35!
