    I would like to thank Helen for stopping whilst cycling the route when she found me at 2 miles in agony … calf injury which meant retirement, gutted I am. Also to Mountain Rescue who gave me a lift, St.John’s Ambulance for the lovely bandage, and a big thanks to Mark, Sam, Lorna & Mr & Mrs Brett for their support, the extra pint made it easier to accept :) Thanks also to Katie & Joe for your kind words :) Well done everyone who took part in both road & fell.
