Now ladies – for our next challenge! We’re seriously considering taking part in the Jurassic Coast Challenge on 22nd to 24th March 2013. It’s three marathons, over three days, along the Jurassic Coast. If we’ve raised your interest levels then read on…….
We’d travel down to Weymouth on Thursday 21st and stay over. Run a marathon on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on a different part of the coast each day. A few (dozen?) beers on Sunday night (if we’ve got any life in us!) and travel home on Monday 25th. So five days/four nights away in total
In terms of cost, it works out at approx £300. This includes accommodation (on a holiday caravan site), all food, beer and the event itself which is well serviced in terms of support/transport/food/drink/

So whats the inspiration behind this then, completing the Yorkshireman, or was the idea conceived after a few beers? Whatever the reason it’s an awesome target and I have nothing but admiration for you. Hope the response is positive. Training starts…….NOW!!

Thanks Arthur. Think the “anything is possible” attitude was borne mainly out of the Yorkshireman. Interest does seems to be growing for this too.
