Saturday 10th November I’d love you to join me for my 1000th mile 

On Saturday 10th November I will (see disclaimer below) run my 1000th mile in 2012!
It would be fabulous if folksies wanted to join me for a trot out. We’re running mostly the same route as the Harriers Vs Cylclists race which is later the same day. The only difference will be at the start as the race route goes over private ground we will carry on the tow path and drop down to the river bank just before the aqueduct then follow the river bank footpath until the rowing club. Once at the rowing club we follow the rowing club track up and turn left at the top of the track. Follow the Coach Road to the end (on the left is where the Harriers V Cyclists race exits the fields) and turn right up the footpath. A map of the route is here: -

Roy and Matt at The Fisherman have really kindly agreed to host us and will put on a little bit of something to eat when we get back.

If you don’t fancy a run it would be great to see you for a coffee / beer – The Fisherman is a great place to spend a little time!

It would be really helpful if you could let me know if you’re planning on coming so we have an idea of numbers for food.
