people from all sorts of backgrounds and experiences.

We have very, very fast runners and very, very slow runners, kamikaze fell runners, enthusiastic social members, people just starting training for the Great North Run and/or London Marathon, very young people, very old people, men, women, people who throw javelins, people who can jump high and long, people who like to walk, triathletes for whom simply running is not enough, people who coach, people who raise funds, people who compete, people who don’t, ace navigators and folk who get lost.
