Tuesday Junior and Senior training

6:30 – 7:30 p.m. from University Academy Keighley. Changing and shower facilities available.

 

Wednesday

Every Wednesday during the Summer (until the clocks change in the autumn) we run from a different public house in the Keighley and Craven area. After the run it’s into the pub for a beer and chat so don’t forget a change of clothes.

 

During the long winter nights we meet at The White Lion, Kildwick, 6-45pm, for a steady 7 mile run where no one gets left behind. Both on-road and off-road runs.  Meet at 6:45pm – then into the White Lion for something to eat and perhaps a pint or so!

 

Thursday Junior and Senior training

6:30 – 7:30 p.m. from University Academy Keighley. Changing and shower facilities available.
