Track Mile

The KCAC track mile is hosted twice annually to raise money for our Charity of the Year. We welcome members from our club and a few local clubs (by invite only, please let us know if you're coming) to join us for some track laps.

There are 5 race:

8 minutes and over (est time)
7-8 minutes (est time)
6:30 - 7 minutes (est time)
5:30 - 6:30 minutes (est time)
Sub 5:30 (est time)
